Direction of use

Step 1

• Shampooing, towel dry the hair evenly while leaving 20% of moisture
• Apply ISO Option Perming Lotion 2  and wind hair on perm rods
• Rinsing is NOT necessary for Step 1
• Wait for 20 minutes before proceeding to Step 2

Step 2

• After taking test curl you are ready for the Neutralizer 2
• Directly apply the Neutralizer 2 and leave for 5-10 minutes
